The Daily Garnish YXE ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, home address, pickup or delivery date, the products you order and any notes you add.
- Messages: your name, email and the message you send through the contact form.
- Technical data: basic information such as your IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse of our forms and login pages.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
We use it to prepare and deliver your order, confirm it with you by WhatsApp, phone or email, send order confirmations, answer your questions, keep business records and protect the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, and a delivery service when your order is delivered. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and customer service, and delete messages and other information when we no longer need them.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your cart and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond as quickly as we can.
